Worst service ever

bought goods online middle december and still waiting. Lodged countless complaints, but they could not be bothered. Worst is I do not know if I will receive my items that was supposed to be deliverwd weeks ago. Reading the complaints on this forum is actually scary. Was planning to spend another large some of money, will rather go somewhere else. My building project is standing still.
