Worst service ever

I was promised deliver today the 9th of Novber 2020 but we I phone them to find out when the will deliver they tell me I must come and collect even though I paid for deliver.

The say they will call me back almost 3 hours later and still no call back when you call them you hold on for 10 min and then it disconects I tried 3 times so I spend 30 min on the phone with no answer this in unexeptable
