Worst service EVER!!!!!!

I made an order online on the 28th. It was said in the order it will be delivered Friday 31st. I needed it by then so went through with the order. The next day I was called to dleiver and I said no keep it for the Friday as no one was home. We work full time. Friday I was called saying it will be delivered. Come 2pm and I am called to say I owe money. How can I owe of ot was an online order????? Now I have contractors coming tomorrow (Saturday) and still no delivered order. I have a fallen ceiling and new tenants thats moving in on condition the ceiling is fixed.... This is HIGHLY inconvenienced me and I might lose money due to tenants moving in later. Who is carrying these costs now???????
