Worst Service Ever!

I thought I was getting a good deal on a braai stand, and I ordered it three weeks in advance from my partners' birthday. On his birthday we opened the sealed box and items were missing, so I emailed and asked for assistance. After three weeks since the braai has been returned, we are still waiting for the replacement, and I had to threaten them just to get a response. STILL WAITING!

I will never support this business ever again, absolute horrible experience and no effort from their side, I am fuming with anger every time I think about it.
