Worst service ever!!!!!!!

Order number *** : Exactly a month ago I ordered a small fan heater for my office and to date have not received my item. I received a call from Lebogang on the 15th of June who explained that they still awaiting stock from the supplier and that was the last I heard. I have called the *** number and the agents let me hold on for 20 minutes or longer and then just hang up on me. I have sent emails and have received no response. At this point I would just like my money back.
