WORST SERVICE, EVER

I placed an order online and I was promised that delivery will take 5 to 7 days but it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order. I called their call centre and nobody knows what's going on, they put you on hold for more than 20 minutes, not to mention the countless emails that were never responded to. I regret ever spending my money here and will never ever do it again.
