Worst Service Ever

I will never ever set foot in this store again. They have the worst service ever. I paid for a door which was to be delivered in 3 to 4 days and am still waiting 2 weeks down the line. I have made many phone calls and nobody can assist me. All I get is that a manager will get back to me - which never happens. Still nothing received. Today I will be demanding an instant refund and that will be the last they ever see of me in any Leroy Merlin store. I can assure you I have never ever had an issue with Builders Warehouse and that is who will get ALL my future business.
