Worst refund service

Yerr this company is pits guys. I was warned though but chose not to listen, bought something online and I got it xem no hustle but I didn't like it so I initiated refund process. Ay that's where problem starts, it took like 2 weeks for them to tell me where I should send the parcel nd I had to do follow up with them l, fine now the parcel is with them and they confirmed receiving it, on the 11th of April they confirmed they got it, today is 22 April at 21h00 I haven't got my money. So I have to call them tomorrow to beg them for my money ay
