Worst Ordering Experience Possible

The biggest mistake I made was ordering online from Leroy Merlin, my order was split into 2 as they had no stock at the branch they sent the other items from. A week later, no response, they tell me they now looking for the item at other branches. A week later, I asked them to rather just cancel the order and refund me. Now another week later, no response from them regarding my refund.

Do yourselves a favor and rather just go to Builders Warehouse or Chamberlains, their online services are also much better.
