Worst online shopping Leroy Merlin.

Leroy merlin should actually getting a 0 review and their suppliers Creative Housewares. A item was on promotion valued till the end of December. We procure it in the beginning of the month. Leroy merlin did not hesitate to collect our money and 4 days later just receive a E-mail that said their supplier can not supply the goods. After I receive the email went into Google and find that leroy merlin remove the promotion and then also look at Creative housewares website where the same items was now suddenly R200 more as advertise. Took 5 days after numerous emails to get my money back. Leroy merlin and creative housewares, if you can not supply what you advertise, then don't do it. Worst online procurement ever and will never buy anything from these two companies again. The best of all is a found the same items from Take a Lot for the same price as they have been advertise in the beginning from Leroy Merlin.
