Worst online shopping experience of my life

I will never order anything from this store again. I won a voucher to spend at this store and it has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. False display of in stock items, marketplace sellers cancelling orders, incorrect refunds, wrong items delivered and the list goes on. Worst experience of my life. Now I have been informed my order was cancelled because the Boksburg store suppose to send my braai did not know I won a voucher. What bull**** is this, I have multiple emails back and forth stating this with each individual problem. Now apparently I have to start all over again after two weeks of struggling and the one main thing that I wanted, a braai is no longer on special. I do not recommend buying anything online and this has *****ed my entire happy experience of winning my first ever prize.
