WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T ADVERTISE GOODS ONLINE THAT YOU CAN'T SUPPLY!!!!!!!!!! I have had nothing but the worst online service from your strubens valley branch. I ordered and paid for a steam hair straightener on the 22/12/2023 and we have had nothing but a run around regarding delivery for this online order only to now be told they will refund my money (VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Your customer service could just as well be non-existent as they are the most unhelpful call centre you can ever contact as I was told they would get back to me regarding my order but to date am still awaiting these returned calls. I feel that my money is being returned because you have now been put out of pocket which quiet frankly should not be made my problem. I WANT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED NOT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
