Worst Online Order Company Stay Away

I ordered 2 security lights 3 weeks ago. They initially delivered it in Joburg to an unknown address. Then they returned it and I was told that one of my staff signed for it. I asked for proof as this was absolute lies. Then they came back and said I didn't answer my phone so they left. Considering we live 160kms from the Eastern Cape depot and I recieved no phone call these again are blatant lies. The delivery cost was double what I pay with other providers as we order often online. And this has been an absolute nightmare. I have asked them to call me countless times and I just get ignored. So 3 weeks later I'm still without my order which was supposed to take 2 - 3 days and was paid for as such. Don't ever order online with Leroy Merlin, they're a ripoff and the dishonesty around this delivery is diabolical. It's a disgrace.
