Worst online experience. Cancel without notice

My husband and I bought a chair online on the 21st Nov And they cancelled our order without notice after 3 weeks. We then called someone online on the 10th of December to assist, they had to reorder the chair for us since they didn’t give us our money back. But our order has been delayed for delivery. It’s been a month without our order and it says it will be delivered latest 1st of February. I had the worst experience with Leroy Merlin online and I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy online. And it’s not the first time getting disappointed by them.
