WORST NITEMARE.......

3 x orders was placed online with marketplace (Big mistake) 2 orders was received, after the schedule deadline they take forever to deliver , I was inspecting the items (Fans) and the material was bad, i phoned and canceled the 1 order, so I mailed/phoned them for a return/refund on the other 2 orders damn these people keep on telling me about a ticket to see if it's been generated, they even mailed be back to ask if they can come an collect the 2 orders(2 weeks ago) still waiting.. Still waiting for refund on the 1 order that was canceled, if someone had the same problem please advise.....Thanks
