Worst instore service ever received

I have never experienced such poor customer service in store. I would like to specifically mention Leroy Merlyn Boksburg and Roodepoort. Whenever you approach the tills or info desks, there are employees standing and chatting, but as soon as you approach, they scatter. Despite your repeated calls, they ignore you. As soon as I got ahold of a representative, she told me to wait until I received the requested quote. A half-hour later, I reconnected with her, only for her to ask if I found the prices I was seeking. It really is that bad. A senior citizen approached a salesperson at an info center in another store, asking for assistance; he told her to inquire in the aisle if she wanted a price. I also witnessed LM employees walk past a woman asking for assistance with a role of 50kg binding wire without offering any assistance. As I'm sure there are many people getting the same kind of service out there, I won't let this type of behavior go unnoticed on social media if that's what your shareholders condone. *Hellopeter can you please remove the one star you forced me to give them because they don't even deserve that*
