Worst Customer Service for any on-line retailer I have used.
Stocked item was ordered on-line for delivery. Delivery process was very quick (less than 2 days) but the wrong item was delivered. Customer services confirmed error on their side and then took forever to collect incorrect unit. I am still waiting for the correct item to be delivered .... no ETA yet supp**** from customer service agent for replacement.
