Worst Customer service

The worst customer service I have experienced in at store level. I placed an order instore of an aluminum pivot door and paid for it on the 18 June 2021, the following day an email was sent that the order has been dispatched and the courier company has collected it. It's now the 28th of June and it's still not delivered. Then I called the customer service line, nobody knew about my order, they kept on telling me they will get back to me with feedback, none of the contact center agents got back to me till this day, I literally drove to the store with my invoice to find out what actually happened to my order, in disbelief nobody knew about my order, I sat for 3-4hours waiting for them to find out about my order... The store closed while I waited for them to check stock on hand??? 1.Theres lack of prioritizing queries and customers 2.Service agents lack customer service 3.Nobody checks order statuses Despite the fact that the store has great things I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to purchase from this store, you guys are running a circus.
