Worst and unreliable platform and pathetic service

I bought dining chairs online on the 30th of April and I received confirmation that the order has been processed and delivery will take place between 08th of May and 14th of May 204 and they even provided me with the tracking number.

To date nothing have been delivered and on the tracking side it shows scanned out for delivery but no further update. I called the call centre and was promised that by the 14th the delivery will take place. Today is the 16th nothing has been delivered , no bone bothers to call and yesterday I have sent out an email, no response and again today I send another email still no response.

This is my first experience of such an unprofessional, non client centred treatment. I am really disappointed and this is my last online order cause no one ever bothers about your frustration .
