Won't refund item not in stock
Such a disgrace! An item was out of stock months ago. I have phoned and emailed so many times to be refunded. I have an email trail from different people telling me we promise to pay you back the money via an eft. What *******. I have not received anything for months now. Won't shop here again such a disgrace!! How can I be told repeatedly I will get my refund and nothing keeps happening . ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE
