Why must I be liable for collection fees , when am not happy with product
I brought a storage base and I am not happy product because it doesn't give peacefully sleep. On everyturn in sleep the base it makes a bracking sound. I asked to be refund back my money, however for the return I have to pay collection fees to bed warehouse because my return was categorised as personal choice. The value of my money is not respected which on the terms and conditions of Refund it is not disclosed
