When will stuff be delivered?

I put in an order on 05 Dec 2024 which was confirmed with order number *** which was not delivered up to date. I am tired of holding on the telephone with nobody who can help me, except to say" I can see it is late" Where is the order? When will I receive it? I have spoken to Dukiso a few times and yesterday she referred me to Numpumelelo Ntuli. I only hold the telphone for 10 min this time, when I put down the phone. My previous experiences with Leroy Merlin were positive, but this time it is a disaster. And I get nowwhere.
