What a **** show, get your house in order!

Hi

I placed an order on the 23 November 2023 for:

- 2 x sunbeds - bi panel doo4 - outdoor table - installation

It is now the 6 December 2023 and the following items have not been delivered: - table - door delivered is incorrect - Installation

After numerous emails and calling the help desk, I have gotten different or no responses at all. The consultants at the online desk are unable to assist and no one seems to care. Their idea of service is that the customer must chase around an order. I would give this company 0 stars if i had a choice. What an absolute **** up and **** show. The total value of this was R10k of which 4k is still outstanding. If delivery cannot be made, Please refund my money and collect the incorrect door you have delivered. I am sick of following up on an order I have paid for. Deliver or close your online shopping dept. Even better...train your people!
