I ordered a Dexter Cement mixer online from these guys on the 28th of July via Mastercard payment. After the money left my account I did not receive a confirmation email which I found strange. Logged back in to Leroy Merlin website to check my account and orders section, but it says on there orders will only reflect after 30 minutes. Didnt stress too much about it. Now, 3 days later still no order in my account. I tried phoning the store using the contact number on the website, but you only get through to their callcentre. Now they cant see any order from me at all. I emailed them a bank statement showing that the money had left my account last night, but mysteriously enough they also cannot find that email in their inbox. Im really not sure how this one is going to be resolved but I've never struggled with any company like this to finalise one simple online order. Be warned...
