Waiting for a refund since 20 December 2024

I have order 52 brackets from them on 04 Dec 2024. A week later they delivered 20 and told me that the other 32 will be delivered on the 13 Jan 2025. I asked for a refund for the outstanding 32 brackets, because we had a project and the delivery would be too late. I spoken to Benton Visagie on the 20th Dec 2024 about the refund and I haven't received anything. I have called numerous time regarding this matter; emailed back and forth with; send my account details through again on the 08 Jan 2025, but I am still waiting for a refund.
