Waiting 6 weeks for a Kitchen installation and still not done.

Leroy Merlin Fourways - This has been the worst experience. We ordered a full kitchen with installation and was told it will take 1 week. it is now a month later and I am still begging and fighting everyday to get this finalised.

The staff in the kitchen department do not care, I visited the store in person 3 times between 30 Sep and 7 October with no joy after which we were all added to a group on 8 October due to the lack of communication from the team.

This was supposed to make communicating with them easier but yet I still had to beg for responses and outcomes.

Now 6 weeks after order was placed I am still waiting for them to finalise the order.

I have escalated and escalated but it seems that Leroy Merlin Fourways just does not take their customers seriously.

I do not recommend the Fourways branch to anyone, unless you are planning a DIY.
