Very very poor service from Leroy Merlin SA

Leroy Merlin - now this is the most useless company ever - we placed an online order on the 06/03/2023 and should have received the order delivery on the 20th march 2023 - we logged onto the online profile to find out the order is cancelled. we then phone them and they just said order was given to another store - greenstone - i got hold of them spoke to Brandon who said the department manager Vincent never redid the order on their side - no call no feedback once again.
