Very Unhappy Customer

I ordered an umbrella online paid for the order got a confirmation from that order accepted and given a delivery date for the umbrella. Four days later I received an email to say my order was cancelled as it was not submitted on time. Not sure what that means after I had confirmation and a delivery date. I realized they no longer want to give me the umbrella at the price they advertised it at. No umbrella and no refund of my money. I will never use this company again and will put the word out there that they cannot be trusted
