Very Disappointed

I purchased a hand shower someone signed for my consignment but I never got it it's my first time trying an online order but I am really not happy about this this is very poor service how do you just allow anyone to sign for a consignment without an ID how is that possible you guys must learn a thing or two from DSV I'm really disappointed I paid for something I don't have now I must run around I want this sorted out today!!!?
