Very disappointed

I bought a table from them which arrived with a lump on it.They came n pick it up and promised to replace ,a week passed with no sign of replacement, I called their customer service line which they hardly answer exhausted my airtime while holding the line trying to reach out .The days they decide to answer they will promise me lies that replacement is for delivery which never arrives I called multiple times on different dates until I sent an email demanding my refund that’s when they sent me delivery tracking number. It was my first time buying from them n it’s been a nightmare. The standard and the luxury mindset I had for this company disappointed me big time. I will never buy anything from them again their customer service is awful!!!!
