Very Bad service

What bad service. We ordered bricks from Leroy and when we went online to see what the status of the order is we discovered that the order has been cancelled. We started enquiring and they put the phone down on us every time we phone to find out what's happening. The worst part is that we have already paid for it and are now being given the run around. This place is surely not trying to get them selves sorted on the service side of the business. They have poor service and I have told them that numerous times but it seems like they just don't care about getting it sorted.
