Utterly Disgusted With Customer Service and Products At LEROY MERLIN GREENSTONE

Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service

I purchased roof planks from Leroy Merlin Greenstone branch, and within a few days of installation, the roof collapsed. The planks were broken, clearly indicating that they were the cause of the collapse.

We immediately contacted the store to report the issue but were extremely disappointed with their response. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the problem, they redirected us to the supplier. It has now been over two weeks, and we have received no assistance or solution from either party.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. As a customer, I expected better quality products and a commitment to resolving issues when they arise. I cannot recommend Leroy Merlin Greenstone if this is how they handle serious complaints.
