Useless service. Unreliable company

I placed an order for a whole lot of materials on 6 August. On placing the order, the system listed delivery by 26 August. I called on 25 August to confirm the delivery date and was informed that it would be delivered on 26th. I was then called and told that delivery would only take place today on 27th. When the delivery had not arrived by 3pm, I called again (was on hold for ages as per usual with LM). The agent informed me that she was struggling to get hold of the store and I should hold for longer at which point I asked her to call back which she did a few minutes later. She ensured me that my delivery would arrive today. Much later around 5.30pm, I got a call to say that they were unable to deliver today and that it would only arrive tomorrow after 10am. In the meantime, I have a builder waiting to get started on the job. I was also informed that not everything is avaliable and that I should just be patient. Last time I but from this circus.
