Useless service and do not refund

Ordered online. First order took around 2 weeks to deliver, no communication from them at all. Decided to try again a few months later, this time they had to refund me as they could not supply. Its now been a month and I have still not been refunded. Must be honest this is the most useless service I have ever received. The person I dealt with is Khethiwe Bila and doesnt bother to respond at all.

Dont order online from this company, use Builders warehouse, they are on the ball :)
