Useless People Useless Service

To date I have had no reply from Leroy Merlin reading the other replies shows how useless they are, they will take your money and that's that.

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately it is not good enough. You had stated while I was in the shop that delivery would be made on the 5th. I had guys come out today to install the doors. I called you this morning and you said you would check and make a plan. I waited the entire day. I was forced to pay R600 for work that was not done but due to them being here I had to. Now when i called you past 4pm you said that you were busy in the day.

You said that you would have a discussion with your HOD on Monday regarding the delivery and the fact that I paid R600 due to you not delivering as promised. I will not be put out of pocket due to your incompetence. I will be refunded the R600 I paid or else. You can send to your HOD on Monday. Else I will cancel this order with interest. This is not the first time I have had issues with Leroy Merlin. Regards Siv
