Unreliable online purchases

They advertise products that they do not have, and their online buying process is just inconsistent and unreliable.I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks going on 4 weeks and I still have not received my tiles. I have visited the Boksburg branch 3 times and Edenvale once just to find out when I can expect the product that I paid for but nothing still. The staff also seems to be confused about the whereabouts of products and stock. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything on their site. Your project will be on hold for weeks if not months.
