UNRELIABLE DELIVERY SERVICE FOR PAID ONLINE ORDERS
Order no. #*** - 264566 placed on the 10th March had not been delivered, made a follow up with their order department (Khethiwe Bila) on the 16th who promised to investigate with the courier and revert back to me however 2 days later she/he hasn't emailed me back nor any courier service contacting me for delivery. Their timeframe set and advised when they received my order payment had expired and their not bothered to communicate with me even after I made an initiative to contact them first to follow up on my order delivery...My question is, will they even refund me should I cancel this order if it's so easy for them to ignore dealing with undelivered paid orders?

Note, I'm annoyed and disgusted by your promises and apologies that doesn't make a difference. It's clear that your not interested to deliver my order.
