Unreliable and lies
I ordered and paid for products online. I received confirmation of sale and update on the progress on the products to be delivered. It was so-posed to come in 3 parts. I received the first two parts. The progress update on Tuesday said it was handed to the courier. On Friday I receive a call to tell me they don't have stock. Unreliable and lies to customers.

25 Jul 2023, 14:30It got even worse. Your business is even more unreliable than I thought. I was promised over the phone a refund the same day. Received more than 8 emails to tell me about the refund and still have not received the refund days later. I need it to buy material that you did not supply for a project.
