Unprofessional consultant and false advertising

I have been calling repeatedly since the 8th of May regarding assistance with my online purchase (Order #***), and my experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. Calls are either dropped, or I am placed on hold for excessively long periods without resolution. There seems to be a complete lack of accountability and proper customer service.

I purchased the FLOOR LAMP 5 HEADS E14 5X40W METAL CHROM, which was advertised by Leroy on promotion for R329.00, a deal I rightfully took advantage of. Now, after payment has already been made, I am being told that the order cannot be fulfilled because of their mistake.

To make matters worse, I am constantly being passed from one consultant to another, each providing different and conflicting explanations. One moment I am told the item is discontinued, yet your website clearly indicates that there are still 3 units in stock at the Fourways store.

This is extremely frustrating and reflects ********* behaviour and false advertising. Customers should not have to chase after a company for an order that has already been paid for, especially when the issue stems from your internal errors.

I expect a clear and honest resolution to this matter.
