Unprofessional and worst service

So unprofessional online store I placed an order on the 6th of September and made payments online the order was supposed to arrive on the 11th of September, I waited the whole day on the 11 order didn’t arrive an no communication was made, on the 12th in the morning I had to call them and ask about the order they said they’re fixing it, later at around 16:40 I received a call I forgot the name of the person, He told me that what I ordered was out of stock and they don’t know when will it be available so they’re going to make a refund for me which might take 5-10 working days, I felt so angry because my construction has stopped because of Leroy Marlin kept my money the whole week with no update still now they’re holding my money I can’t buy the stuff somewhere else to get my job done, mind you my friend bought the same products after me but she got Her order.
