So am here after my last review. Noone has come to collect the broken toilet so imagine if you have no money to purchase another toilet, this is the typical thing with this shop. I want my refund so I can balance out this inconvenience I have experienced for the second time with you guys.

I am returning one toilet, I have received many emails to which I have responded to. Come get your toilet and refund me not 1738 but the 1999 I paid for the toilet.
