Undelivered orders, awful customer service. Shop at Builders Warehouse instead.
Order number 33308
Ordered on the 12 Nov for delivery. The order has apparently been split between branches, neither of which have fulfilled either section nor refunded either portion, despite telling me that at least one item is out of stock. No help from 8, yes, EIGHT, Leroy Merlin employees in copy of email trail. Only one of the eight has even bothered to reply to the mail. A complete shambles. Do not shop here.

Nameless, contactless, unaccountable and wholly unhelpful platitudes do nothing to solve the problem. "Continue communicating"... NOT ONE OF THE EIGHT EMPLOYEES IN COPY BOTHERS TO REPLY! SO WHO IS GOING TO "CONTINUE" COMMUNICATING? Don't bother responding on HelloPeter when you don't bother responding or taking action on any other channel.
