Unacceptable store conditions
I will never visit Leroy merlin or even recommend the place to anyone again! There are always no prices on shelves . You have look for Staff to ask the price. The aisles at the boksburg branch are dirty untidy and the shelves are not presentable. There are stock lying in trollies. Some are left open and thrown on the floor Customer service is pathetic. There are no proper signage to show the entrance and exit. When you go the incorrect door you are faced with a rude security guard. You can't even take a shortcut to the right entrance because there are merchandise thrown on the pathway. Promotional displays have no prices. As mentioned there are never Staff around when you need them. Even the local cash and carrys have more order in their stores. My partner complained that this is the reason why he never visit the store.
