Unable to get a Retuen done at Leroy Merlyn

I have been trying for the past two weeks to return an online purchase of a DVR Camera System. All I get is the run around of its escalated with supplier.

Order: Absolutly pulling my hair out. Cannot return it to a store and the supplier not interested.
