Try another store, it isn't worth it

During my recent visit to the store, I had high hopes for a positive shopping experience, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the level of service I received as a customer. Although one of the staff members did try to assist me, the attitude of the manager at the tills was less than satisfactory. It left me feeling rather disheartened. Even the lady at the Tools department seemed uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for. She informed me that the item I wanted was the only one available and was not open to any further discussion. As a regular customer of the store, I had hoped for a better level of service, especially given the competition they face from other hardware stores and Mr Price Home on Hendrik Potgieter Road. I was sure they would have gone the extra mile to secure my loyalty, but it seems like customer satisfaction is not their top priority. It appears that the employees are simply focused on earning their monthly wage, irrespective of whether they serve their customers well or not.
