Think twice (or thrice) before you buy online from them
Some of the WORST service I have received in my life. They have had my full payment since 12 September - this is now 22 October and I still don't have the chairs I paid for. You can't phone them - the call centre "cuts" out and I have an email trail of 20+ communications. They finally dispatched the replacement chair, but it has been with their courier for more than 10 days. I will never, ever buy from this company again.
