THE WORST SERVICE EVER FOR ONLINE RETURNS
The system is ridiculous - seems designed to frustrate and fail. Days/weeks without response then a response so obscure it means nothing etc etc etc. If they want to come back to me my query reference is 843522.

ALSO NO-ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company nor be fooled by their *****ulent reply - intended it seems only to fool prospective customers.
