The worst service ever.

I have the most unpleasant experience with Leroy Merlin. 3 Weeks ago I placed an R 11 000 paint order with Leroy Merlin Greenstone, I was told they would deliver Friday the 22nd of March 2024. Nothing was delivered, and that was the start of the frustration. I have phoned how many times, everytime I was told the order has left the store, but no one could tell me where the order was. It has been escelated a week ago, nothing, yesterday I phoned and was promised a call back, nothing. Today when I told them I want to cancel I was told the refund will take another 10 days. Never ever again will I use Leroy Merlin, I will go back to Builders Warehouse even if I have to pay double.
