The worst hardware store in South Africa
Patiently waiting for my order to be delivered the entire week. Only to be told today that not only is there no stock, but the items I ordered have been discontinued. This in itself is not an easy task, because the Whatsapp support line does not respond, nor does anyone respond to emails. And of course this will not be discovered by Leroy Merlin unless you start asking questions. I requested a refund but of course I will have to wait because no one at Leroy Merlin is in any hurry to provide decent customer support. Never will I support Leroy Merlin again.
