The worst communication, buy somewhere else

I made the mistake of ordering from this company online. The delivery date is now two weeks past and after an unanswered email and a follow up phone call which was at least answered I am still waiting for an update on my order. Looking at all the other complaints this is either a **** or a company on the verge of folding.
